Sounds like you have it hosted on a FileMaker 18 server. Can you explain your set up a little bit more.

Can you tell me what build number you are using of InspectorPro 7.

Thanks

The build number of InspectorPro is 56.

This is how Rabell resolved the problem. Let me know if this solves your problem.

I have resolved this.
It seems InspectorPro plugin looks for InspectorSupport folder only in "C:\Program Files\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro 18 Advanced\Extensions" rather than alongside the plugin in "C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro Advanced\18.0\Extensions" as specified by "Reveal Plug-in Folder" button (and documentation).

Vince Menannotag:beezwax.tenderapp.com,2010-10-12:Comment/476020352019-10-17T12:23:06Z2019-10-17T12:23:06ZInspectorPro 7 Windows Failed to Import

Thank for your response

I have tried to move plug in from C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro Advanced\18.0\Extensions to C:\Program Files\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro 18 Advanced\Extensions and I see plug-in active.

Inspector Pro don't import ddt xml. What does he want in selected folder?

Grazie. Saluti.

Riccardo Uleri

Riccardo Uleritag:beezwax.tenderapp.com,2010-10-12:Comment/476020352019-10-18T13:33:08Z2019-10-18T13:33:08ZInspectorPro 7 Windows Failed to Import

Ciao Riccardo,

A presto. - Vincenzo

Vince Menannotag:beezwax.tenderapp.com,2010-10-12:Comment/476020352019-10-18T14:06:59Z2019-10-18T14:06:59ZInspectorPro 7 Windows Failed to Import

Ciao Vincenzo.

mentre altri potrebbero collegare qualsiasi soluzione.

Cosa ne pensi?

A few things.

1 - It sounds like you have InspectoPro hosted on a windows server. Correct? If so, make sure you have the InspectorSupport right next to the extension plug-in.

2 - Yes, send me the DDR as well

3 - Looks like you are opening it on the mac. Make sure you also have the mac plug-in installed locally.
