InspectorPro 7 Windows Failed to Import

I have InspectorPro 6, and decided to try version 7.
However, I always get error dialog "Failed to Import" "Please provide a folder with any localized summary.xml file".
The InspectorPro plugin shows registered, and InspectorSupport folder is in extension directory.
I have tried various locations for DDR folder.
My Filemaker is 18.02.209.
When I run InspectorPro.fmp12 on MacOS with copy of DDR it works fine. (Same version of Filemaker.)
I can also copy subsequent InspectorPro.fmp12 back to Windows and am able to view analysis.

I like this new version, and look forward to upgrading once this issue is resolved

    Hi There,

Sounds like you have it hosted on a FileMaker 18 server. Can you explain your set up a little bit more.

Can you tell me what build number you are using of InspectorPro 7.

    Thanks

    Vince

The databases are hosted on FileMaker Server, though after generating the DDR I am running InspectorPro locally (i.e. not hosted on the server) after closing FileMaker and opening it only with InspectorPro.fp12 on drive C: of the Windows system, or my Documents folder on MacOS.
The build number of InspectorPro is 56.

Let me know if you need more details.

    Robert,

Do you have time to do a screen share on Monday to see what we can figure out.

    Thanks

    Vince,

    Sure.
    I am on BST (UTC+1).
Any time after 15:00 up to late(ish) is fine.
Suggest a window and I will block it off.
I already have TeamViewer installed, if that suits.

    I have resolved this.
It seems InspectorPro plugin looks for InspectorSupport folder only in "C:\Program Files\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro 18 Advanced\Extensions" rather than alongside the plugin in "C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro Advanced\18.0\Extensions" as specified by "Reveal Plug-in Folder" button (and documentation).
