InspectorPro 7 Windows Failed to Import

I have InspectorPro 6, and decided to try version 7.
However, I always get error dialog "Failed to Import" "Please provide a folder with any localized summary.xml file".
The InspectorPro plugin shows registered, and InspectorSupport folder is in extension directory.
I have tried various locations for DDR folder.
My Filemaker is 18.02.209.
When I run InspectorPro.fmp12 on MacOS with copy of DDR it works fine. (Same version of Filemaker.)
I can also copy subsequent InspectorPro.fmp12 back to Windows and am able to view analysis.

I like this new version, and look forward to upgrading once this issue is resolved

    3 - Looks like you are opening it on the mac. Make sure you also have the mac plug-in installed locally.

    Please confirm that you also have the plug-in installed locally.

    Just to be clear - you are not using Catalina - correct?

    And can you confirm with me that you have the plug-in installed locally?

    Sounds like that’s the issue? Any idea when it’ll be fixed?

    Will there be a fix for v6 of InspectorPro as well?

    Just upgraded from 6 → 7. I have the same problem. I checked that the plugin was installed correctly. Standalone and on server result in the same error message

    macOS 10.15
    FileMaker Pro 18.03

    Any solution>

    Je rencontre le même message d'erreur : "Please provide a fronder with any localized summary.xml file" alors que je ne suis pas passée à Catalina.

    J'ai testé en local et en hébergé avec à chaque fois la même erreur.

    Ma configuration :
    Client = FileMaker Pro Advanced 18.0.3.317 / macOS 10.13.6 (High Sierra) / PlugIn InspectorPro présent et actif dans les préférences de FileMaker
    Serveur = FileMaker Server 18.0.2.217 / macOS 10.13.6 (High Sierra) / Plugin présent et actif dans les connecteurs

    J'ai essayé d'installer manuellement le plugin dans le dossier Extensions du client mais ça n'a rien changé.
    J'ai tenté l'import avec deux dossiers de DDR différents.
    Mes DDR sont françaises : le fichier summary s'appelle Sommaire.xml ; j'ai essayé en renommant le fichier en summary.xml sans plus de succès.

    v7 does not import on Windows 10 and FileMaker 18.0.3.317 Either. I am testing other products and would like to to what Inspector can do,

    Hello RS,

    For windows you have to manually install the plug-in and the Inspector support folder right next to the plug-in.

    Let me know if that works.

    It has been there along also in FileMaker 18 extensions. Still not working.

    Robert,

    You need to have a directory called InspectorSupport installed in the same root directory of the plug-in I don’t see it in your screen shot.

    Make sure it is there.

    Au moment de l'import je reçois le message "Les critères de recherche fournis ne sont pas valides. Entrez une requête valide avant de continuer."
    J'annule. La barre de progression est à 2% Parsing and Importing... Core Items 3 Databases.
    Le plugin semble bien à sa place.
    Je suis disponible sur Zoom au besoin.
