Just upgraded to 6.5 and I can't import a ddr.

The xml file is greyed out in the dialog that is prompting to select the file.

    Hi, Adam.

In this version of InspectorPro you “point” at the directory where the DDR files are stored and InspectorPro “picks them up”. Are you able to navigate to that directory and click “Select”?

Adam, thanks for your quick reply……. Inspector Pro doesn't allow me any other options…..when I click the + button I get the browser window and then the summary file is grayed out…. I’m not sure what your instructions for Tonya mean sorry……

Just click "Select". you exported the ddr to your desktop.

I usually create a new empty folder and put the ddr there, then select that.

The new workflow is kind of confusing if you don't do it that way...

OK…… made a new DDR XML….. only option is to save it to the desktop…. once on the desktop I placed it into a folder….. I can select the folder… but not what is inside…. still grayed out.

Right. You only need to point it at the folder, not select an individual file. It should run.

I have the same problem. What is the solution? The DDRs were generated earlier today (prior to installing version 6.5), and they both worked with Inspector 5.5. Version 6.5 seems not to recognize the DDR files.

You only need to select the folder with your DRR, not the DDR file itself.
