Inspector 5 issue

I am unable to get the script and calc feature that visualizes the Script tree and the Calc Dependency trees to work.
When I try to use either of these whether I did display in to a file, email or window they all appear totally blank.
I have tried multiple scripts and calcs that would have trees.

I am running this with Inspector 5 on a MacPro 2013 (Yosemite 10.10.3) 12gb RAM

Any ideas on what to do to fix this?

    Hi Mike -
Are you trying this via the runtime InspectorPro, or are you opening it via FileMaker Pro or Pro Advanced? (Your screenshot looks like the runtime, but I want to check).

Is the Script Universe or the Scatter plot visualization working for you?

These two visualizations also use the same solution (JavaScript library, d3.js, in a Web Viewer).

    Thanks,
    Jay

    Jay-
I am running it from the runtime.
And yes the script universe and scatter plot both work fine.

One strange thing that may help is that there is a very quick flash of something that appears and then disappears when I generate the two that are blank.

    Thanks

    Vince -

Thanks - I really appreciate that - I am including one of the DDR’s - FYI it is happening with all of the DDRs I have created.

Couple of other things that may be relevant - I got this copy of InspectorPro5 early - you sent an email about buying it before it was released to the public and second wondering if the presence of a certain application
not to be mentioned (under NDA ;) ) might be having any effect on things.

Vince - I downloaded a new trial version and tried to register it with my code and just get an empty dialog box that says Sorry at the top and an OK button.

The "unnamed" software shouldn't have an effect, although... are you trying to analyze output from it? (You're welcome to try -- you'll need to create another private ticket on our Support site to discuss).

    Vince -
    Yes I did.
Works great now and is an extremely handy feature for some of the solutions I have inherited.
    Thanks again for the help.
