Hi Vince,

Very nice product, but where is the user manual? The buying proces was slugish.. I got a thank you note for buying but had to mail several times to get the serail and download link.
Now the package does not give any support. Installation is clear... but choosing the FM12xxx.xml the result was one single line but no info... turned out I needed to go for Resume.xml.
A little better support on how to start from scratch would be nice.. further down the line the videos will do I think.... keep up the good work...!!

    Thank you. Great feedback.

We are working on improving the buying process, or making it clear about the time required to fulfill an order. It is currently not automated.

We are also working on a "Getting Started" video and Support documentation. We had this for v4 but somehow forgot to publish the v5 version. Thanks for pointing this out.

Let me know once you are happy with it. I am planning to upgrade to 5. Your comments on 5 would be appreciated.
