Navigation error when viewing a 'problem' result

I ran into an error message when I was trying to navigate 'back' to a page after viewing the results for the 'Errors' in an Analysis.

I imported a new summary; it showed 20 errors. I clicked on that icon to show the errors, it pops open a new window. I clicked on an item in that window, which takes you back to the main window, navigating you to a new view. When clicking the 'back' button (upper left corner, the 'left' arrow) it gives this error message (see attached image):

"Table ? not recognized by navigation history"

This process also leaves various windows open. It appears that each time you click on the 'Problems' icon you get a new window. Perhaps it should reuse an existing 'Problems' window? (You can see the extra windows in the background of the screenshot I included.) This error message occurs with even just 1 'Problem' window open, too.

This is using IP5 build 167, on OS X 10.9.5. (I recall that Vince said there was a new build available; I will go make sure I have the most recent one.)
